Spend a couple minutes collecting the trash from your space, including all trash cans in other rooms, and then take it all out to your trash can, toter, trash chute – whatever you’ve got.

If you have too much trash at the moment, take out some of it, pat yourself on the back and finish up in a few hours. Remember there’s no bonus points for speed, every little step matters.
