What matters more when we want to make our lives better: thoughts or action?
I would argue that they equally impact your life and feed off one another.
Consider this: if you feel lazy and worthless then your thoughts may hold back from taking action to get up and make your life better. And if your actions are making a mess of your space, no amount of positive thinking is going to magically take the trash out.

So yes, speak kindly to yourself and others and let your thoughts propel you to the growth you want in your life.
But marry that with action, even the smallest steps, to see positive change.
