When it comes to reaching my goals, I would rather track the habit that will lead to the end goal I’m working towards, rather than the outcome. For example, instead of adding a weight loss tracker, I would prefer a workout tracker.
In 2025, I learned that while I was on the right track to note how many daily habits I completed (instead of making one tracker per habit), but I also needed to give myself space to change those habits over the year.
My 2026 Habits Tracker follows the same look as this year, with space to change up my habits every quarter. Here’s what 2026 looks like:

Because I haven’t decided my Q1 habits yet, I use a Post-It note to jot down ideas, starting with some current goals to see what I might include next quarter.
I will continue to use the Productive App to set up my daily habits and then count how many I completed on the tracker sheet. Over time it helps to see how many of the 10+ color shows up, compared to the 0-3 habits color.
At the end of each quarter, I go into Productive and check how many days I completed during those three months. If a habit is at 100% then I might remove it for the following month (because it’s somewhat cemented at this point), and if the completion rate is under 10%, I will reconsider if I even want to do that thing.
Some habits repeat all year long but I aim for 12 habits at a time, a mix of cleaning, social, health and learning.
Here’s how I’ve been doing in 2025 on my habits:
